Rancho Espinoza is such a wonderful, special place! It’s a nice, upscale alternative to staying at one of the San Ignacio hotels (and their room prices are really reasonable!). Our room suite was gorgeous, the bed was amazingly comfortable, and the bathroom was huge! William, our host, just happened to make a batch of clam & sea snail cocktail the day we arrived, and he shared it with everyone who was staying there. It was so good! Another nice thing about Rancho Espinoza is they welcome dogs. :-)

We traveled to San ignacio with our friends visiting from England. The hosts were very friendly ensured we had everything we needed and comfortable they made us feel at home. Espinoza Rancho is a perfect setting to relax and explore. The architecture amazing and beautifully decorated. We highly recommend staying here and we certainly will be returning.

We stayed at Rancho Espinoza when motorcycling to Cabo and back from the California/Mexico border. Stayed two nights and took a day trip to see the gray whales in San Ignacio Lagoon. Were a little confused when we got there because the place was wide open and no keys or combinations needed. William was extremely responsive and explained what we needed to know to not only park the motorcycles safely but settle in for the evening. Super easy to find, access, and use. There were six of us with plenty of space, hot water etc. Beds were comfortable. We parked our motorcycles around the back but didn't really feel it was necessary. Had a very comfortable and easy time. Right off the main highway but it was quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

The area is a little remote, but the service and the rooms were outstanding. William was the best host I have had thus far. This is truly where you go to just unwind. We did kayak tour with host and enjoyed it very much. They also offer horseback riding, but make sure you plan ahead for the tours so William can get you on the calendar.

It's the only place to stay when visiting San Ignacio! Every room is unique and decorated in authentic Mexican style. The grounds outside are lovely. Great place to relax and unwind from the drive. Quiet but only 5 minutes to the Plaza and Misión. Prices are fair, and the owner, William, is friendly and helpful.

Everything about our stay at this place was fantastic. We stayed at the casita, very spacious and beautifully decorated, appropriatly ranch style but with touches of modern and comfort. The highlight was the host, William, aka El Charrito, a cool grrengo wanna be Mexican. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and provided us with many helpful suggestions for places to visit around the area. 100 recommend this place, will not disappoint. We are definitely planning on returning next year.

What a find! We stayed only one night on our drive back home but if we could we would stay longer! Warm welcome from the host, BEAUTIFUL and spotless room, cozy common space where you can make tea, coffee, your own freshly squeezed orange juice, have a shot of tequila… And on top of it they are pet friendly! Mattress was the most comfortable I have ever slept on. When it was time to wake up I really didn’t want to leave the bed ;) I will definitely spread the word to friends and anyone looking for recommendations about this perfect stay. PS We stayed in Los Abuelos master bedroom Private entrance+bath
